TenneT is a leading European electricity transmission system operator (TSO), with activities in the Netherlands and in Germany. By 2030, the EU wants 30% of its electricity to come from renewable sources. To facilitate this TenneT must strengthen and expand the grid to accommodate these new electricity sources and society’s growing need for electricity.
About a decade we have contributed to the transition and growth of TenneT branding with employer brand positioning and intensive recruitment campaigns. In 25 years we gathered a wealth of insights into the sustainable energy transformation challenges.
We developed several employer branding for both corporate and the various vacancies. Attractive [recruitment] advertisements have appeared in regional and national newspapers, such as De Telegraaf, Volkskrant, NRC and De Gelderlander.
